Barcode Readers, Online printers can be integrated with this cartoning machine.
This machine mainly for packing bottles/Blisters/Tube/sachets/trays into the carton box, the machine have carton feeding system, leaflet feeding system(Paper folding or Pre-folded Leaflet), Product feeding system , carton erector and Product and leaflet inserting station , Flap Folding and closing station and rejection station.

The cartoning machine includes an automatic station to erect the cartons. The carton boxes are held by vacuum suction cup. Cartons are loaded manually into a carton magazine. The cartoning machine includes a leaflets feeder. The leaflets are loaded manually into the feeder. The feeder can be at least put 1000 leaflets for paper folding leaflet feeder.
The cartoning machine picks a leaflet and inserts the leaflet together with the product into the carton box. The machine have an automatic clutch in case of resistance when inserting the product. If Product is missing, carton will not be erected, so that no empty carton is produced or if carton is not erected machine will stop and alarm. The cartoning machine closes the carton box. Output conveyor delivers the duly closed carton.
