MoS Series Chamber Furnaces

LABTHERM MoS series have been used as trusted professional chamber furnaces for use in laboratories. Available with brick and fiber insulation elements, with a wide variety of options, these models can be optimally used for high temperature procedures. Standard MoS series furnaces cover a range from 1600°C to 1800°C, all of which have front loading for easy operation and double skin construction to maintain a cooler outer case. Important advantage of the model is that element change is very easy and economic. Furnaces starting from 1800°C use high quality Molybdenum Di silicide heating elements, providing a very long service life. Galvanized coating covered epoxy painted structure, providing longer lifetime and aesthetics. Typical applications for the product is almost all high temperature applications where high level of precision is required; high temperature sintering processes such as Ceramic, Dental and Material Research

System Features
  • Digital microcomputer temperature controller with Reliable & accurate Control With the accuracy is 0.1℃ (display range).
  • Timing Function, Temperature control protection function, and fan stop switch.
  • The inner tank is made of high-quality mirror stainless steel plate by argon arc welding.
  • The shell is made of high-quality steel plate material and sprayed with plastic
  • High-quality double-layer tempered glass with large observation windows and doors for observing the conditions of the studio.
  • The hot air circulation system is composed of an imported fan that can continuously operate at high temperatures and an air duct with advanced design.
  • Vertical forced convection to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
  • Independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit, to ensure that the experiment runs without accidents (optional).
  • The thermal insulation system uses ultra-fine glass fiber to fill the thermal insulation area, and the connecting parts of the inner and outer tanks are made of non-metallic high temperature resistant materials, which can effectively reduce high temperature conduction.
  • Optional Auto-Start Function after power Failure

Temperature Control System

  • The temperature controller adopts touch key, digital Dual display LED, PID intelligent control instrument.
  • Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensor.
  • PID Controller with accuracy of ±0.1℃
  • The Complete Oven protection system is composed of over temperature protection and alarm device.
